Joseph Ilg Moves to Wells Fargo FiNet With Twin Harbors Private Wealth
Joseph Ilg has moved to Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network as part of Twin Harbors Private Wealth, a new advisory practice based in Melville, New York.
Ilg is one of the managing partners of Twin Harbors Private Wealth, along with Jeffrey Wang. The team joined Wells Fargo’s independent advisor platform, known as FiNet, on May 11, 2026.
Twin Harbors Private Wealth was formed after two Merrill Lynch advisory teams moved to Wells Fargo FiNet. The advisors previously managed a combined $1.4 billion in client assets at Merrill Lynch.
Before the move, Ilg led A.I.R.N & Associates with John Rizzo and Kyle Napolitano. AdvisorHub reported that A.I.R.N & Associates managed $661 million in assets at Merrill Lynch.
Ilg first registered as a broker with NYLife Securities in 2012. He later worked briefly at Spartan Capital Securities before joining Merrill Lynch in 2014.
At Wells Fargo FiNet, Ilg will help lead Twin Harbors Private Wealth as the team continues working with clients through its new independent advisory platform. The move is intended to support the practice’s focus on client experience, planning, communication, technology and business growth.

Jeffrey Wang is a managing partner. He was previously part of the WS Group at Merrill Lynch.
Joseph Ilg is a managing partner. He previously led A.I.R.N & Associates with John Rizzo and Kyle Napolitano.
John Rizzo is a partner. He started at Merrill Lynch in 2019 and was part of A.I.R.N & Associates.
Corey Streim is a partner. He was previously part of the WS Group at Merrill Lynch.

Daniel Sporn is first vice president. He began his career with Merrill Lynch two years before the move.
